250g Pork Mince
250g Crab Meat

Spring Onions
Garlic Cloves

Caster Sugar
White Pepper
Spring Roll Sheets
Vegetable Oil, To Deep-Fry
Iceberg Lettuce Leaves, To Serve
Fresh Mint & Coriander Leaves, To Serve

Dipping Sauce
Sweet Chili Sauce
